Digital hate and hate speech can affect anyone who surfs the Internet or is active on social media. The consequences can be dramatic for individuals. What are the challenges and consequences? how can institutions help to set frameworks in order to prevent hate speech?

  • Helena Dalli, European Commissioner for Equality
  • Dr. Elena Grech, Head of the EU Commission Office in Malta
