The ifa library offers a further training course as part of the events programme of the Berufsverband Bibliothek Information e. V. (BIB). The library staff will introduce the profile of the specialised academic library to the participants during a guided tour of the reading room and the stacks. In addition, there will be insights into the newly introduced and expanded digital services, including a discovery system, a platform for the library's digitised public domain holdings, the expanded eBook service and online tours for various target groups. The event is aimed at BIB members and members of its partner associations.

ifa Library

The library of the Institute for Foreign Cultural Relations is a specialised academic library on foreign cultural and educational policy with a history of over 100 years. It supports research and provides information services for policy makers. The library is open to the public and its media and services can be used free of charge by anyone interested.
